Reach the owners behind the rentals you want to manage.
For short-term rental property managers. We set up your own system. Not a list you buy.

Frequent questions.
Where does the data come from?
Listings come from licensed market data, and owners from public property records. The data accounts are set up in your name, and every owner shows its sources.
What if the owner is a company?
The system looks up who’s behind it. Where the records name a person, you’ll see them too; where they don’t, you’ll see the company. Owner type is also one of your criteria, so you can focus on homes owned by people.
Do I need technical staff?
Not for day-to-day use. Your team chooses criteria and approves owners in the owner workspace — where your team sees each owner and approves or turns it down. We handle the setup.
What happens after setup?
That’s up to you. Run it yourself, or have us stay on monthly to keep it improving: upgrades as we build them, new markets as you grow, fixes, and help for your team. Stop any time.
What happens if I stop?
It keeps running as it is. You keep the system and every record, and any new markets, changes or fixes are yours to handle.
Who handles outreach?
Your team does. You decide who to contact, when, and how.
Do you work in my market?
The system has run end to end in multiple markets. Tell us where you manage. We check your market before we set up.
We set it up. You own it.
Start with your market. We’ll show you how many rentals are there, and how many we can tie to an owner.
- You tell us your market.
- We book a call, and run the check before it.
- On the call, we walk you through the numbers.
